About Me
Being a therapist is honestly one of the coolest jobs in the world. Everyday I have the privilege of encouraging and witnessing personal growth and meaningful, sustained positive change.

I am constantly inspired by my client's capacity for vulnerability, bravery, courange, strength and resilience. Weather we are unpacking "old family stuff" or a new and exciting life opportunity I am blown away by the power of a safe, consistent relationship.

When I am not being a therapist I am likely reading a book, baking or eating at a cool restaurant upstate.

Specializing in Queer identity, eating disorders and relational therapy
Queer Identity
Being Queer is the absolute best part of my life. It is an honor to work with other Queer people to
explore and affirm the unique experiences, challenges, and joys of being LGBTQIA+.

Therapy can help address the impact of discrimination, gender dysphoria, coming out, or family dynamics while also fostering self-acceptance and resilience.

My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space to navigate identity development, relationships, societal pressures, and internalized messages and support openness, vulnerability and an opportunity to be witnessed.
Eating Disorders
Having a relationship with food is non-negotiable. We can not abstain, avoid or ignore how we feel about what we eat and how we feel about food. Food is so often tied to our identity and most basic experiences of who we are. I am most interested in supporting folks to understand how their relationship with food shapes their relationship with themselves, with others and what it means feel deserving, satisfied and nourished.
Weather you are restricting, binging, purging, bargaining or thinking about food constantly we can talk about how to shift your relationship to food and reconnect with yourself.
Relational Therapy
Relational therapy is an approach that recognizes the importance of relationships in our lives. The central premise is that our well-being is deeply dependant on our connections with others, and that the quality of our relationships can greatly impact our emotional and mental health. I believe the relationship we build together is vital to therapy being a success. My goal is to cocreate a safe and supportive space for exploration and healing.
